Stone inn near Aubrac with eight rooms.

This beautiful stone building in the middle of the green Margeride, close to the Aubrac, looks great. The interior has been completely redone, while keeping old walls and beautiful beams. Everything here breathes the terroir, especially on the table where we serve a classic cuisine, which gives pride of place to the flavors of Lozère, without forsaking a certain originality, depending on the mood of the cook. It is a pleasure to move from the comfortable room, warmed by its large fireplace, to one of the eight tastefully decorated rooms.

C'est un gentil couple qui tient cet hotel resto et très pro. Chambre bien propre, calme et grande, on a pu sans probleme y mettre le lit parapluie et grande compréhension par rapport au bebe d'un an et demi. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Cela fait 10 ans que nous venons régulièrement à l auberge du Verdy et nous ne reviendrons plus. Nous nous sommes plaint de la chambre 5 au dessus de la cuisine très bruyante, seule chambre restante alors que nous avions réservé depuis 2 mois. Nous n avons pu changer. Et obligation de prendre le repas à 19:15 le soir sous prétexte que les randonneurs mangent à cette heure ci.

Que dire...vous avez déjà eu une réponse sur un autre site...chambre bruyante avant avant le service (due à la hotte de la cuisine) mais une promesse que dès la fin du service, la chambre sera calme et que vous dormirez sereinement. Ce fut le cas...malgré nos excuses pour le désagréments et la gratuitée totale de votre séjour vous laissez un commentaire...alors effectivement vous ne reviendrez plus
