Restaurant to consume on the spot the farm products.
The Gaec Rodier-Sartre raises Aubrac cows, goats and pigs on its land, which it pampers with a healthy diet. The farm products were already sold directly. They can now be eaten on site at the restaurant that the family recently opened. Planks of beef and pork cold cuts, carpaccio, beef rib, flank steak, veal rib, cheeses... are accompanied on the plate by nuggets of Aubrac, potatoes also grown on the spot.

Superbe restaurant ! La famille Rodier est chaleureuse, les 3 frères accueillants. Allez-y les yeux fermés : la viande est excellente, tout comme le fromage. La cuisine est traditionnelle et raffinée. Un délice pour les yeux et les papilles !

Une pépite a garder cachée.. Accueil parfait, de la bienveillance, le Chef transpire l amour de ses produits, devant sa cheminée ????. Une Très belle découverte. Merci.
