Basic-Fit offers a complete range of training facilities. These gyms feature state-of-the-art equipment and are divided into six zones so you can work out at your own pace, quietly or more intensely, depending on the goals you set for yourself. You'll be able to work out on your own, with the support of a dedicated trainer, or take part in group classes, a source of emulation between members. You'll also have access to an app for working out at home, eating well and finding tips and tricks.
