Originally from Savoie, Julien and France moved to Trilla to breathe new life into the former cheese dairy. The forty or so Alpine, Roc and Poitevine dairy goats graze on a 100-hectare area while clearing brush in fire-prone areas. From mid-March to the end of October, you can taste their organic cheeses and visit the farm in the mornings, or meet them at the Latour de France market.
