Typical Moroccan dishes in a Moroccan restaurant located on the seafront behind the allée des Pins in Argelès-sur-Mer.

Located on the seafront just behind the famous promenade des Pins, Le Casablanca offers typical Moroccan dishes, lamb stew, sheep or pear chicken, traditional bricks, egg or meat, les, couscous: from vegetarian to royal, and of course oriental pastries accompanied by mint tea, served in art rules, but also ice and sorbets as well as traditional desserts. The Casablanca cuisine is not chauvinistic, as it passes through the Mediterranean to serve you also to fish, are mussels, roasted gambas to planxa, escalivades to play the Catalan map, but also fillets of seabream or wolf and a parillade of the sea. Children will love a menu that they make up themselves from a selected dish on the map that is served in a suitable serving. A choice of tapas is also possible on the map.

The waiters are very welcoming there even if the service in season is sometimes a little too long. The wait is worth it from the couscous is very copious and good.

The menu at this restaurant facing the sea is appetising, the waiters/pickups are windy the fresh quality ingredients used for this cuisine partly oriental and yet...

Without going on the 2 tomato juice that were served us mildewed, the waiting time of our dishes was furnished by the crestfallen mines with our neighbours a table who requested so that their dishes, mussels, be taken over because " immangeables". The owner taste... indeed, he explains, " mussels are good but it is the sauce which is ratée". Therefore exchange dishes.

Our starters arrive: the crispy of shrimps. A pasta in which you will find some shrimps in a brick. Not bad nor, but it is gorged with an oil stepped up literally in the dish making this dish finally unpleasant. never mind, you will be avenged on the main course.

The suite arrive: skewers fish (fresh us were said) accompanied by semolina and vegetables (fresh). The vegetables, I recognised them: it is obviously ratatouille made of box of a first, and if it is not the case, it is super imitated. Semolina is too cooked and softened. The four raisins adorning it are unable to raise are taste: tasteless. Fish indefinable, is the most probably frozen. Without any taste. The sauce which tablecloth is also tasteless.

A small look around us: nobody seems transcended by your plate, whatever it is.

After: no dessert, the bill and one of dates away. And they are not the arguments owner, who had a point of being explained that will make us change opinion.
