Oui il y a de la poésie et de l'élégance dans la présentation des plats et des vins et faut-il s'en plaindre dans un monde de plus en plus normatif ? L'art de la rhétorique est accompagné d'un vrai savoir-faire culinaire, une cuisine avec des plats classiques mais de très grande qualité. Le patron vous fait découvrir des vins artisanaux rares, notamment des cotes du Roussillon. Le rapport qualité/prix est très correct. C'est rare de trouver en bord de plage cette exigence.

Si vous aimez la salade verte, vous ne serrez pas deçu car elle y est en abondance....par contre ça fait cher la salade!et le verre de rouge qui tache à 4,50 euros....bof!par contre, tres fort pour vous mettre l’eau à la bouche à la commande....

This restaurant was my " Madeleine de Proust " during my last days in Racou. Everything is gathered here, the owner, an incredible charm, states you the different dishes including poetry of Paul Eluard. It has as much eloquence for wines, accompanied by your choice wines from his own comments, evoking such or such producer and love of the land of it! The dishes arrive and then there éclantent on your tastebuds with flavours, the landscapes and the skies of a perfect harmony and unique combinations that delight the palate! You leave deafened, bending under the clash of the addicted discovery and suirtout... from the first bite! It is just one of the best addresses for my tastebuds! please Racou, thank you Renaud and the lovely couple for booksellers who recommended to me! Thank you to life to have given Designers such us!
