An old man from the village said to me while rolling the r's: "Small, there are Rousquille and Rousquille, but this is La Rousquille, it's as famous as the Eiffel Tower in Paris! "The customers come from far and wide to taste the specialities of this family pastry shop whose grandfather initiated the recipe in 1850. We have here a jewel of Catalan gastronomy that the whole world envies, sometimes copied but never equalled. Thanks to the Touron family for perpetuating this gourmet tradition. This House is today a living culinary heritage.

All my life I N eaten such good rousquilles!!! J dreams night so much C is good. Yesterday you bought 26 of them!!!! My 3 boys were delighted! And my husband N let us not even speak of it I'm obliged D to have an eye on him otherwise it would eat some without S to stop!!!! How Do is good!!!!!!!!! Mmmmmm
This establishment has become a real pilgrimage for us. Les Rousquilles are extraordinary, it is better to go there early in the morning!
