Since 1968, Le Miradou has dominated the bay of Banyuls, with Pascale Rede at the helm, who has never ceased to develop her establishment. There are three ways to enjoy this place: book a room and take full advantage of the Le Catalan hotel and spa, come for lunch and find a table by the pool with a sea view (tapas formula), or book for dinner and enjoy gourmet cuisine where the flavors of the terroir meet those of the Mediterranean. Le Miradou's fine cuisine and exceptional views over the Bay of Banyuls are unanimously acclaimed.

J’ai trouver l’attente entre les plats interminables de plus les plats enfants on était servis 20minutes après nos plats . Serveur blazer, lorsqu’on leurs fait remarquer un oublier on a l’impression de les déranger limite de les agacer . On assiste a leurs embrouilles ambiance malaisante . Pour finir nous avons trouver des cheveux dans les assiettes, personnel trop stressé.
