A beautiful establishment with panoramic views over Banyuls. Tapas at lunchtime and a more elaborate menu in the evening.

Since 1968, Le Miradou has dominated the bay of Banyuls, with Pascale Rede at the helm, who has never ceased to develop her establishment. There are three ways to enjoy this place: book a room and take full advantage of the Le Catalan hotel and spa, come for lunch and find a table by the pool with a sea view (tapas formula), or book for dinner and enjoy gourmet cuisine where the flavors of the terroir meet those of the Mediterranean. Le Miradou's fine cuisine and exceptional views over the Bay of Banyuls are unanimously acclaimed.

Belle terrasse dominant la baie de Banyuls, cuisine raffinée, rapport qualité/prix correct, mais service qui n’est pas à la hauteur…..
Très désagréable de commencer le repas avec un champagne à peine rafraîchi, le signaler au début de la dégustation ne change rien et il nous faut réclamer quelques amuse bouche pour l’accompagner….. les clients de l’hôtel sont servis en priorité, ceux arrivés bien après vous seront servis bien avant et notre commande sera prise une demi-heure après nous avoir servi le champagne…..
Les serveurs sont néanmoins très aimables mais l’organisation du service est très mal managé…
Dommage ! Il en faudrait peu pour que ce soit parfait…..
