Enfin, pour tout cela nous ne comprenons pas le choix fait par le guide Michelin... nous avons la chance de pouvoir apprécier d'autres tables étoilées et il est évident que vous avez toujours tout ce qui correspond au critère d'une étoile voire plus... Mille mercis encore!
