HELLO TERROIR

Lovers of the Catalan countryside, Cathy Rousseill and Hélène Ferrer share this passion through Hello Terroir. This platform, recently created in Banyuls-sur-Mer, offers the general public the opportunity to get to know the women and men who keep the region alive. The two entrepreneurs carry out a rigorous identification and inventory of what they call "the nuggets" of the department: farmers, producers, craftsmen with authentic and quality know-how. They then organize their T moments: meetings between professionals and visitors. These moments of sharing are based on the words Terroir, Tradition, Transmission, and several fields of activity: "epicureans" for the good living; "nature" for lovers of wide open spaces; "heritage" for history lovers; "experts" for those who thirst for knowledge; and finally "family" so that the youngest can also fully enjoy the discovery.
