"A good wine begins in the vineyard", says this goldsmith who makes niche wines that only the luckiest of people will be able to taste, as he only makes 8,000 bottles! The effect on the palate of his bottles is as striking as the view of the surrounding peaks! The absence of mechanical and chemical treatment preserves the aroma of his nectars. We discovered a character with a big heart, as we like them at the Petit Futé, an endearing purist, a nugget.
