A gourmet restaurant that sublimates seasonal and local products as much as possible. Change of chef at the end of 2024... to be continued

As we go to press, we learn of the departure of chef Julien Montassié from Riberach, but don't panic: his second-in-command, who knows the chef's recipes and secrets inside out, is taking over. It's now up to Dennys Teixeira, a young 26-year-old chef, to take charge of service, while maintaining the same guidelines set up by his mentor: seasonal dishes sublimated with brio through well-balanced menus ranging from 3 to 8 courses. We'll be keeping a close eye on this fair-trade, responsible gourmet restaurant.
