Between daily market, local products and creativity, Julien Montassie offers us a passionate, sensory and instinctive cuisine. Simple and refined, it marvellously combines the expected and the improbable. This culinary ode is set in a superb old cellar. A day that continues in the cellar with the tasting of the excellent wines of the estate and then why not in one of the luxurious rooms of the superb "eco lodge". Only one place for three wonders. Such a beautiful hotel and location. The junior suite rooms are superb. The restaurant is simply one of the best in which we have eaten. Staff are all quietly attentive and professional. The natural swimming pool is a refreshing delight

Merci au domaine de riberach de nous avoir permis de créer un mariage surprise, oh combien exceptionnel. Un acceuil tout en douceur et en gentillesse. Une équipe bienveillante, toujours de bonne humeur, et réactive. Cadre sublime, chambres confortables. L'élégance dans les moindres details. Un clin d'œil particulier à Dalila, toujours à l'écoute, qui a grandement participé à la magie de ces moments.
