Located in part of Bélesta's former cooperative winery (the other part is now a superb eco-lodge), the Domaine Riberach winery offers a fine range of wines with a strong character. The wines, made from local grape varieties such as Grenache, Macabeu, Syrah and Carignan, are vinified in an environmentally-friendly, and therefore organic, way. But the best way to discover the estate is to take part in one of the wine tourism experiences on offer, such as the Wine Safari, which combines discovery of the area with wine tasting.
