The family-owned confectionery, cookie and chocolate factory was created in 1962 by André Labaume. In constant development, a new manufacturing unit will open soon. The third generation has the concern of respecting the artisanal recipes of yesteryear and local specialties such as touron, Rousquilles, almond croquants but also chocolate and the crown with red apricots from Roussillon among others. Let's not forget the tea room terrace for the gourmets to taste the home made pastries with a coffee or an agua limon.
