FROMAGERIE DE CAIXAS
Up there in Caixas, in the depths of the Aspres (the road turns but it's so beautiful!), you will discover Emilie and Sébastien's little marvels at the farm: farm cheeses made from goat's milk. There is something for everyone: cabécou des Aspres plain or spiced, tomme, Caixas, cayroux, fresh cheeses spread with chives, honey or shallots and the famous plain yoghurts. What delights! Working according to the rules of the art, they produce cheeses among the best of the department and regularly rewarded in competitions.
