DOMAINE GAUBY
Gérard Gauby is an exceptional winemaker with an international reputation. Convinced early on that a natural ecosystem had to be created and preserved, he kept half of the estate's 85 hectares of woods, meadows and garrigue, and then quite naturally converted to organic farming. Biodynamic farming soon followed. Lionel, his son, fell in love with grapes at a very young age, and now accompanies his father. Rarely do you come across people who speak with such love and respect for nature and their profession. An unmissable estate on the Olympus of the vine.
