Building on the success of its first ice cream parlour adjacent to the Aquarium, Lisa opened a new gourmet venue on the waterfront this spring. Le Combi combines an elegant ice-cream parlour with terrace, and a lab from which the company's creations emerge. You'll love the artisanal ice creams made with local, seasonal produce: the one with rousquilles from the confiserie du Tech is a delight, and the new kiwi sorbet is a success. Waffles, crepes, natural granités, bubble waffles, fresh juices, smoothie bowls, the view, the welcome: we love it all!
