Attention jewel! At the foot of the Canigó mountains, in the village of Casteil, lies a gastronomic marvel. La Mirabelle is a fine example of Mediterranean cuisine revisited. Le Petit Futé fell in love with the crispy squid with Bélesta herbs, the sar with yuzu extracts and the revisited crème brûlée. In the garden, in the peace and quiet under the plane-tree foliage just a stone's throw from the stream, or in the finely decorated dining room, you are invited on an extraordinary journey to a thousand countries of scents, a symphony of tastes and flavors... Le restaurant n a plus les calamars crousstillants avec les herbes de belesta sur son menu depuis 2017 (un plat unique et innovatif qui n existe nulle part)
Un excellent restaurant avec super produits, cuisine inventive et moderne un cadre magnifique avec un service excellent.
C est Etonnant que ce restaurant unique sans equivalent pour lui faire une challenge au niveau culinaire soit attaquer sur les sites, certainement la mirabelle est le meilleurs restaurant des pyrenees orientales, la preuve parmi leur derniers visiteurs un roi et autres personnes fameuses des Etats - Uni et Europe, le petit village de casteil est très reconnaissant pour les benefices economiques presentes grace a l installation de la mirabelle depuis 2017.
