L'Olivier is a local bistro located in the village square of Catllar (pronounced canar) since 5 years. A beautiful challenge taken up by a beautiful team in a small village away from the main roads (the RN116, the ski route). The cuisine is simple and generous and gives pride of place to the Mediterranean with its tapas and Catalan-inspired dishes. As in all good small village restaurants, the products come from local or organic agriculture. And then, on this superb terrace which modestly invades the village square, near the olive tree and the fountain, quite simply, one feels good there.

Serveuse très sympa, arrangeante et professionnelle, cuisine de qualité avec des plats et desserts maison realisés avec des produits de qualités. Quantités parfaite. Ambiance familiale. Cadre sympa.???? le tout a un prix plus que raisonnable ????
Bref belle découverte, nous nous sommes régalé et ne manquerons pas d'y revenir lors de nos vacances estivales dans le coin ????
