At the foot of the mountains and bordered by the Sainte-Jaume river, 2 km from the village of Claudiès-de-Fenouillèdes, the Domaine extends over 70 ha. 40 ha of holm oak woods, 20 ha of open countryside and 10 ha equipped with relaxation and leisure facilities. Comfortable, well-equipped accommodation includes a camping-caravanning site with pitches for tents, caravans or motorhomes, wooden chalets, bengalis and kiwis, and 1 mobile home. The exceptional natural setting is ideal for a wide range of outdoor activities, including pétanque, fishing (1.5 km away), white-water sports (10 km away), canoeing, rafting, horseback riding, hiking, cycling, basketball and volleyball. Castel Fizel has a heated swimming pool (1 large pool and 1 paddling pool), a multi-sports field, a children's playground and ping-pong tables. Cécile and Cyril look forward to welcoming you all year round. Impopulaire : Pas de débouché pour les toilettes chimiques. Les sanitaires ne sont pas à jour, l'eau de la zone vaisselle n'est que tiède.

Beliebt: Großer Stellplatz mit viel Privatsphäre. Bäume die Schatten gespendet haben. Schöner Pool. Ruhige Lage zum Erholen. Sehr schöner Ausblick auf die Pyrenäen.
Unbeliebt: Kein Auslass für die Chemietoilette. Sanitärbereiche sind nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Beim Abspülbereich ist das Wasser nur lauwarm.

Bei meiner Ankunft war die Rezeption schon geschlossen, aber der Inhaber hat mich dnnoch aufgenommen. Der Platz ist gepflegt, die sanitäre Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Leider war das Restaurant geschlossen. Dann habe ich mir eben selbst was gekocht.

Liked: Very big pitches and super clean toilet block. Best showers I've ever had on a campsite! Very friendly staff too.
