Simple, sans fioriture, parfait
Very good location, free placement camping, very economical, close to the sea, on the marine reserve, fish, groupers, octopus, what happiness.
It's a pity that a large chain's bungalow camping project is taking its place.....the town council is giving in to the sirens of immediate profit.
Campsite considered fully booked, even though there are plenty of free pitches (the receptionist is not in charge of placement, so everything is guesswork, with no need to visit the site to see for yourself)....a way of justifying the future bradrerie by a drop in sales? immediate profit in the face of a magnificent site.

Dreadful wasteland where caravans and camping cars are piled up in an anarchic fashion. Dirty place, leaky tires... the postcard is a lie. Tents are set up on the old soccer pitch, between a junkyard of boats, wire fencing and the railroad line. A disgrace for the town of Cerbère, which is selling the wild side, which for them certainly means abandoned.

Concerning the tent pitches on the terrace: broken or even dangerous paths, especially at night, chaotic pitches, promiscuity, no lighting, holes everywhere, pitches without vehicles, broken paths, obsolete sanitary facilities.
View spoiled by a huge ugly building.
Village vacances des Aloes ugly, without interest.
Positives:
The pines, a little wild minimalist camping, nice little sea view, the rock, the wind, the picturesque little beach below.

I went to the campsite enthusiastically. When I got there, the pitches were tiny with just a touch. The sanitary blocks looked derelict....the place is beautiful, as it is all along the coast...very disappointed I left again I thought I'd find a little paradise but all I found was a kind of squat.
