And that changes everything! The pigs are raised with respect for animal welfare. You can find his products (fresh meat, cured meats: refined ventrèche, copa, nitrite-free white ham) at various markets near Céret. Some of the best restaurants in the world have placed their bets on him. Ronan's smoked meats are a delight!
