L'escale Bleue displays the entrance colour: it's a fresh fish restaurant. No blah blah blah blah blah blah blah, here everything is local and local! The outside is not the most enticing, but push the door open and you'll feel like you're in an aquarium... or at the bottom of the sea. This is one of the few restaurants in Collioure where the owner himself makes the rounds of the local fishermen to bring you the best fish... and extra fresh. An irreproachable and family welcome. To be discovered without fail!

A wonderful meal cooked & served by a right friendly duo, the sea bream was magnificent & the home made dessert, melted in the mouth. Away from the crowds in Collioure,worth the walk & we left with big smiles, thank you
