Fresh fish restaurant with good value for money in Collioure.

L'escale Bleue displays the entrance colour: it's a fresh fish restaurant. No blah blah blah blah blah blah blah, here everything is local and local! The outside is not the most enticing, but push the door open and you'll feel like you're in an aquarium... or at the bottom of the sea. This is one of the few restaurants in Collioure where the owner himself makes the rounds of the local fishermen to bring you the best fish... and extra fresh. An irreproachable and family welcome. To be discovered without fail!

Délicieux déjeuner avec une qualité de produits irréprochable, des cuissons des poissons parfaites , d excellents assaisonnements et une grande générosité dans la cuisine comme dans l accueil ; on gardera un souvenir ému de ce moment dans un restaurant qu on ne peut que recommander chaleureusement
