COPACABANA
Land and sea cuisine in a restaurant with terrace in Collioure.
Among the terraces on the edge of the small beach, this hotel enjoys a privileged location with a superb view of the emblematic tower and the beach adjacent to the hotel. At any time, you can enjoy a sangria, a banyuls or a cocktail that is carried out by a dish of shells, salad or ice cutting. But it's especially when the night stretches over the bay, illuminated only by its beautiful clocher on the left and the Royal Castle on the right, that you appreciate the freshness coming from the wide, while taking a look at the children who make stones with the rollers of the beach. A real moment of relaxation. Inside - but also on the terrace - the restaurant serves seafood trays as well as a sea/sea cuisine with a decidedly Catalan accent.

well it is nothing!.
We liked:
1) first, clean toilets (even after the meal)
2) the warm welcome of the waiters which, despite the crowds, cools and efficient
3) the cheery staff communicative
4) quality and freshness dishes: my whole bar was delicious St Jacques & prawns my wife too
5) paella... our neighbours a table who did it to taste: small half - an - hour waiting because it is made to order, and not made in advance
6) sea views
It is then a recommended place.
