RESTAURANT LES TEMPLIERS * *
Lodging in a building offering 2 styles of rooms.
2 young Colliourencs recently took over the helm of this legendary restaurant, and chef Julien Hermida has put together a fine menu featuring fish à la planxa, parillada, local meats and Iberian charcuterie. Cocktails worthy of a mixologist are also on offer to round off the evening. Les Templiers is famous for having been the stopping-off point for artists Picasso and Dufy when they visited the coast in the early 20th century. The walls are covered with canvases and drawings left there as testimonials. Unmissable and fascinating!
