One of the richest religious buildings in Corneilla-de-Conflent, whose bell tower, of Lombard style dates from the century.
It is one of the richest religious buildings in the area, built in the 11th century according to Cistercian rules. The Lombard style bell tower dates back to the 11th century, and the 12th century portal is decorated with a Virgin in Majesty, and there are remains of a disappeared cloister. Inside, there are superb altarpieces in gilded wood or carved alabaster, Romanesque statuettes, and a polychrome wooden Virgin who has been offering her radiant smile to visitors since the 14th century. This beautiful and little-known church is a real museum of history and religious architecture.
