Push the door of the picturesque grocery store, the restaurant is at the back of it. For more than 60 years, people have been sitting down at Françoise's to enjoy a unique but pantagruelian menu... Home-made charcuterie, then the three courses: pan-fried wild trout, omelette with porcini mushrooms, and farmhouse guinea fowl and its accompaniments. And finally, there is the egg flan, which, some would say, is eaten without hunger. More than a restaurant, it is an institution. Unique!

It is a privileged moment: the menu, simple but a formidable efficiency, ingredients are chosen with care and love of good food. The reception is another era (less than 20 can not know... etc). Indeed, the grape pergola is tasty. After this meal, the siesta is essential.

Inutile de détailler : tout était excellent.
Mon père se souvenait de sa première visite au restaurant en 1968 ; Je ne sais pas si je vivrai si longtemps, mais je ne suis pas prêt d'oublier.
