"No more running from farm to farm or market to market to find the right farm products" is the motto of Ah la La Laiterie. Its concept, a grouping of local producers giving pride of place to the farmers of Cerdanya and Capcir. Seasonal fruits, vegetables, meats and of course Catalan charcuterie, cheeses from the surrounding farms with goat, sheep or cow, milk and yoghurts, local beers and wines. Traceability is the watchword of the shop. A friendly and intelligent fair trade place that is a real success.

En vacances à Saillagouse, nous avons trouvé ce regroupement de producteurs bio. On vous explique tout, la démarche des petits agriculteurs qui préfèrent vendre leur production locale, les éleveurs qui proposent des viandes nourries dans les pâturages de montagne et même le rayon boisson, des jus de fruits aux vins sans sulfites. Une riche idée que de se regrouper pour donner aux gens la possibilité de manger sain. Bravo.
