Hidden in the hill in the middle of the garrigue, this out-of-standard bakery offers a large selection of artisanal and very rustic breads. You will find a wide variety of organic breads which are déclinent in cereals, nuts, grapes, complete… all are cooked in wood fire and the meals used are of high quality. The bread is sold by weight and you are credited to the demand. You will also find some bakery pastries developed on site: fougasses (try celle), pastries, pies. Prices are a little higher than elsewhere, but we never regret it. Moreover, they are very kind.
