On the black schist hills above Espira de l'Agly, Denis Sarda works his vines biodynamically, respecting the natural rhythm of the seasons. He adds: "At Vieux Chêne, it is the alchemy of a careful cultivation of the vine, the seriousness of the winemaker and his entire team. A brave mare, nicely named "Venise", helps Denis to look after the vines. The wines of the domain are the image of this boy, they breathe the garrigue and the love of work carried out in harmony with nature. They are straight and powerful, we love them!
