CAFE DE L'UNION
Local and quality cuisine in a restaurant with terrace in Fillols.
In Fillols, village of irreducible Catalans and known throughout the department for its inimitable feasts of August, there are two things to see: the Romanesque church and the Café de l 'Union. It falls well, both are side-by-side. It is said that the church is older anyway. The atmosphere of the place is like the village: warm, militant and always a stranded straw… and a little revolutionary. On the terrace, noon and evening at the hour of the aperitif, we redo the world as nowhere else. A mix between "First Friends" and "My Generation" that must be discovered absolutely. In addition, there is a tasty and very affordable local cuisine that emphasizes quality and short circuits.
