We recommend this address both for the menu, gourmet and neat, and for the reception. François is such a good match for local mountain and seafood products that we keep coming back to it, if only to taste his new "coup de coeur" dishes! A la carte, pell-mell: the black lobster risotto with cheese shavings, the famous tuna tartare with fresh foie gras escalope, the planxa knives, subtly iodized and deglazed with white wine. François is a goldsmith and he wraps our taste buds at every stage of the meal!

Les plats étaient très bons ainsi que les desserts. Dommage pour l'aubergine farcie un peu petite. L'épaule par contre de bonne taille. La pêche melba délicieuse faite avec une peche (pas au sirop). Personnel très poli et agréable.

No puedo opinar porqué no nos dejaron cenar, la explicación del camarero es que estaba lleno cuando no había apenas gente como mucho 4 o 5 mesas ocupadas, aparte cierran a las 9 y media la cocina cuando fuimos sobre las 8 y media pasadas.. Al salir nos cruzamos con unos clientes que se quedaron perplejos al ver como el dicho camarero nos decía que estaba completo. En fin me sentí discriminado, nose si por el simple hecho de ser español o por ir con una camiseta básica, un pantalón corto u bambas. Será un muy buen restaurante con estrella michelín y lo que queráis pero el trato ha dejado mucho que desear una pena la verdad.
