We recommend this address both for the menu, gourmet and neat, and for the reception. François is such a good match for local mountain and seafood products that we keep coming back to it, if only to taste his new "coup de coeur" dishes! A la carte, pell-mell: the black lobster risotto with cheese shavings, the famous tuna tartare with fresh foie gras escalope, the planxa knives, subtly iodized and deglazed with white wine. François is a goldsmith and he wraps our taste buds at every stage of the meal!
