A good place to eat fresh food dishes
A new wind has been blowing on Le Bistro des Neiges since Dixie and Cedric took over the reins of the establishment. A dynamic and very friendly couple who decided to put all its energy into the service of "eating good". They are eager to work only fresh products, preferably equipping themselves with local producers, to offer us tasty cuisine with mainly mountain accents. Of course, fondues and other famous are also available, but also Charcuterie's cold cuts, roasted beef pieces, gambas or duck ducks, and a delicious dessert that fits the body. At the aperitif we appreciate the friendliness of the planxas to share, accompanied by a good glass of wine. It must be said that for them wine is a passion they love to share, moreover they start to mount a cellar with some rather interesting regional vintages, with the aim of also becoming a wine bar. This is a great place to stay in the heart of the city.
