Le Petit Futé has known the restaurant of the Hotel Carlit for many years and we are not the only ones... Many top-level sportsmen and women who come to enjoy the facilities in Font-Romeu have made their residence the Carlit and their "canteen" El Foc. A cuisine with fresh, seasonal products, daily fishing, meats and cheeses from Cerdanya, irreproachable! If the XVth of France, Martin Fourcade or sportsmen from all over the world in oxygenation training have taken for habit to eat here, go there with your eyes closed.
