Three worlds in one address: cheese ripener, wine bar and restaurant. People come for the conviviality of the place, but above all for the quality of the products served. Alain is a "breeder of great vintage cheeses". Cheese specialties are made with "his" cheeses, charcuterie is artisanal, and vegetables, fruit and bread are organic. Pensez à réserver avant d'y aller,
La fondue Pyrénéene delicieuse et le dessert exquis !! On a découvert "le final" d'une fondue par le serveur, et c'était superbe, une belle découverte !!
Pour le dessert, il s'agissait d'une brioche façon pain perdu accompagné d'une boule de glace au choix, mais je vous conseille, la saveur violette, délicieuse !!
