Loïc Pujol raises two breeds of pigs in the open air: the Duroc with its golden or reddish coat and the Mangalica, these woolly, curly pigs that can be mistaken for sheep from a distance. In the mouth, the result is really worth the detour: a very marbled, marbled, melting meat. The hams dry for several years and rival the greatest Iberian hams. Mas Pujol is a beautiful family story where tradition, modernity and respect for the land blend together so well.
