LA TABLE DE MAY LI
Terrace restaurant offering traditional Vietnamese cuisine.
La Table de May Li is an invitation to the land of flavours. Here no dishes prepared in advance, recipes based on raw vegetables oblige. Only fresh! Le Petit Futé loved the Bo Nuong, marinated meat or fish grilled on the barbecue (only served on the terrace). In fact, even the famous egg rolls, steamed ravioli or Pho are simply exquisite. If you prepare your restaurant outing well, order the meat or fish fondue in advance. Moreover, the welcome is very cordial and the prices are reasonable. The best address in Ille.

Des News excellents, ainsi que le reste.
Juste de passage dans la région, dommage. Car autrement j’y retournerai.

I'll start with the good -
Great food quality and decent portions. Really well prepared food considering it was over a quick lunch.
The bad -
Initially hostile reception in the sense that we were rushed to make it to the restaurant at 12.15pm because they were closing when there were ppl showing up at 12.45pm.
Following on from that - it was a hostile environment for children. No high chairs (although there were a year ago) and then told the children not to put feet on sofa. No child order was even taken, it was an oversight from us, but it would have been great if we were reminded. The restaurant was being waited on by a couple of ppl who were mega stretched.
It almost felt as though the restaurant was doing us a favour in serving us, rather than welcoming us.
All in all, it was an OK experience, but they really need to up their game service-wise, which really left much to be desired.
