January 2013 - Attention m. baker Henri POCH
The bread is not regular, on Friday, January 17, 2014, I bought 3 bread for region €10 to you. Of the 3, only one was good even very good.
As for the 2 others can better do in sight of the title of best worker in France and in particular the rye bread d'auvergne was inedible, compact crumbs, uncooked enough bread...

for a couple of weeks service has not been longer what it was. I had ordered a chocolate cake for the anniversary of my daughter noon even. A 9:30 of the morning breakfast I was with bakery even get my fresh cake in the morning. And the surprise, it was not ready and baker me without even asking for my opinion cake at least the day before which was made of cooled window. It is a shame with taken cake I ensure! moreover when sharing shares, the cake collapsed and chocolate had a taste of past far from that had patrons me Convent.
Really disappointed for this bakery renowned upscale.
A wonderful site, a magnificent bakery, an owner and pleasant saleswomen. A multitude of breads and pastries of Master baker: best worker of France. You could be ignored many other breads after yours. To continue to make good!!!! Therefore people will eat again what is good!!!!!! providing the rest!!!!
