At La Fabrique, we offer Catalan-inspired cuisine made with simple, quality products. The dishes are undeniably homemade and have a little extra that makes the difference. The quality/price ratio is excellent. The service is fast, very attentive and warm. And if there is a concert in the big, beautiful courtyard, the evening is pure delight. In winter, things are done indoors, the decor is young and colourful. The local wines are put forward. An address to remember!

over the years this has changed a lot. the new owners are awesome, the food is fantastic, gourmet, and very reasonably priced - we love the place and eat here a lot while we stay in latour de france each year. they have a superb wine shop where you can buy local wines at vineyard prices. Th eowner speaks english extremely well. I can speak frencj=h and we have talked a lot. Well worth visiting. 5 *for me

Accueil et service irréprochable.
La cuisine est excellente. Le choix entre deux entrées, deux plats et des desserts.
Nous avons choisi le croustillant de gambas et la chiffonnade de jambon ibérique et en plat le filet mignon crème de moutarde et patate douce rôtie . Un vrai délice, cuisson parfaite. Impossible pour nous de prendre des desserts c'était bien copieux, on reviendra.
