le steak était avarié, on début nous en avons mangé avec la sauce ce qui cachait un peu le gout, mais nous en avons mangé sans et là c'était de la viande avariée, nous en avons laissé la moitié dans nos assiette. j'ai voulu le signaler mais nous étions de passage et ma femme n'a pas voulu faire d'esclandre. j'aurai dû, car nous avons étaient malade tout le retour du voyage et même le lendemain.
la sauce roquefort était un subterfuge pour faire passer le goût avarié de la viande.
nous n'irons plus et le déconseillons à tous les voyageurs.
