In the very heart of the Casino du Boulou, in a setting inspired by the famous architect Gaudi, the Cédrat is a "bistro" table popular in the Pyrénées-Orientales. Chef Wesley Durand, a member of the Toques Blanches du Roussillon and Escoffier's disciples, offers creative cuisine with the best local produce! The suggestions follow the seasons. Meat, fish and shellfish follow the trend. We like the authentic character, the trendy setting and the originality of the dishes. We always enjoy ourselves at this table, which is considered to be very delicate.

Toques Blanches. Escoffier disciple. Sud de France quality. Open all year round. Wednesday to Sunday, 12 noon to 2pm and 8pm to 11pm. Reservations recommended. Single menu at 28 € (evenings and Sunday lunchtimes, by the slate: starter-main course or main course-dessert 18 €; starter-main course-dessert 21 €). Dish of the day €14. Wine by the glass. Tapas plancha with glass of wine €13, JOA burger with fries €15. Cheques not accepted. Restaurant vouchers. Don't forget your identity card, as you'll have to cross the casino to get to the restaurant. Baby chairs. Terrace. Entertainment.

Je voudrais vous remercier pour l’excellente soirée que nous avons passé le 27/01 avec Jean Luc Vicente et Laetitia, l’accordéon de Jean Luc une merveille, magnifique, et c est super car ils jouent et chantent pour tout les âges c est top ???? et quelle voix de Laetitia, elle chante très bien , danse ,tres agréable, je crois qu’ils reviennent le 27/03 , nous allons revenir avec un groupe d’amis , merci à vous d’organiser ces soirées et grand merci aux artistes.
