If Bio is a determined alliance between four arboriculturists, in love with their land and this nature that offers them 300 days of sunshine every year. Used to growing their organic fruit and vegetables on privileged land between the sea and the mountains, and picking them, both at maturity and by hand, they have decided to show themselves to be up to their task by launching into processing in 2013. A way to reclaim their agricultural tools and production. Their SARL Si Bio now produces fruit juices (pure juice, multifruits, sparkling), nectars, jams, gazpachos... And when the temperatures decrease, the four musketeers of the bio start to eat soup. All the products, certified organic, are processed in an artisanal way in their workshop based in Le Soler, up to pasteurization and bottling. The four arboriculturists also grow their own goji berry plants, a food with many virtues, which boosts their grape or peach juice.
