LE VERGER DE LA CORREGADE
Jean-Luc is an arboriculturist, he planted his first olive trees in 1995, then 2005 and the last ones in 2015 on 3 ha of family land in Saint-Estève. He dedicates the other 2 hectares to pomegranates and almonds. He cultivates 5 varieties of olives (olive, poumal, lucques, picholine, ripe fruit) which he declines in oils (all exceptional according to the taste of each one), table olives and homemade olivade. More recently, he has been making soaps in olive oil. Jean-Luc is disconcertingly simple and his welcome is in his image. Feel free to discover these products at home or at the Mets et Merveilles delicatessen in Perpignan. A word of advice: taste the Grand Cru almonds, a treat, and 100% fruit pomegranate juice. A good address!
