Le Pigeonnier is a small restaurant with a warm, modern atmosphere in the heart of Hoerdt. You'll be warmly welcomed. Asparagus is obviously on the menu in season, as are a few regional classics, but it's above all for one of the house specialties: grumbeerkiechles. Cordons bleus and tartares are also on the menu, and the daily specials offer some very fine suggestions. For reservations of 4 or more, ask for baeckeoffe or sauerkraut - you won't be disappointed!
