AUBERGE LA BELLE AUDE
This inn located in the centre of Capcir, a few kilometres from the stations of La Quillane, Angles, Formiguères and Puyvalador, is also close to the sites of Espace Nordique du Capcir: north of Col de La Quillane and Col de Torn and to the arrival point of one of the Nordic trails of La Lladure. Here, during the time you wait for your order, you can enjoy a glass of muscat and Catalan charcuterie. The tone is set! The cuisine is generous and the dishes honour the region: homemade foie gras, grilled peppers with anchovies, cuttlefish casserole with peppers, wood fire grilled Pyrénées meat... The Rugby teams of the Top 14 and Top 16 regularly stay there for oxygenation courses. A gourmet and comfortable stopover on the road to Capcir, because this former hostellerie also has 34 rooms with simple comfort, as well as an indoor and heated swimming pool.

Côté restauration nous avons testé plusieurs fois et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Toujours un bon accueil et les plats sont copieux et très bons de l'entrée au dessert. Le menu du jour à 18 euros (entrée plat dessert) vin compris est servi du lundi au vendredi. La carte laisse le choix pour des plats variés et corrects au niveau des prix. Tout est fait maison. A découvrir si vous êtes de passage .
