A very friendly address nestled in the heart of Matemale. Nicolas has been in business since 2015, preparing gourmet, traditional and local cuisine. The dishes honor local produce, are generous and always tinged with a touch of delicacy. That's what "una bona cuina" (good cooking) is all about. There's no menu here, just a slate that fades away and is often rewritten to vary the dishes and respect the seasons. Smooth, delicious cooking! We appreciated the warm, family atmosphere of this authentic mountain restaurant.

Enfin un restaurant sans fausse note de l'entrée au dessert, merci au cuisinier pour cette cuisine généreuse et de qualité.
Très bon accueil, serveuse sympathique, et ambiance chaleureuse. On recommande !

La carte est restreinte (gage de qualité) mais qu’est-ce que c’est bon !! Le mignon de porc au miel sauce morilles me ferais volontiers refaire 600km et que dire du roulé de volaille et gambas sauce foi gras ????. L’entrée (sandre de chevre) nous a fait découvrir ce que c’était qu’un produit direct producteur et non aseptisé par la grande consommation . Un must si vous passez dans le coin
